Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that life happens — but please let me know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment.
• 48+ hours notice: No charge.
• Less than 48 hours notice: 25% fee of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellation: 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-call / No-show: Not tolerated. Future appointments will be denied.
Late Arrivals:
To respect every client’s time, arriving late may mean a shortened service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited and will need to be rescheduled.
